Return & Refund Policy – Zendra

At Zendra, we sell carefully selected fashion sandals, bags, and imported products. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

❌ No Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size or fitting issues

  • Change of mind

  • Style or color preference

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen display

  • Delays caused by courier or external factors


✅ Defective / Damaged Products (Only Exception)

Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product received is defective or damaged.

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear unboxing video or photos are mandatory as proof

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Once verified, we will:

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, based on stock availability


💳 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after approval


📩 How to Raise a Complaint

Contact our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Images / video clearly showing the defect

Failure to provide proof may result in rejection of the request.
